May 26th 2014 Update!! Hello to all fans of the site! As I recently announced on the facebook page as well as in the comments section, the new site is now upon us! It should be just another day or two before the closed beta launches!! If you happen to read this then please like the NEW facebook page which only has 20 likes right now.. and get ready to try out the new site and say goodbye to this current one. This site will still be available for the nostalgic but will no longer accept new submissions or comments. Stay tuned and get ready for to see what I've now been working on for over 2 years!
After importing the headmorph, switch to the Raw tab, expand "Player" (by clicking the triangle), next expand "Appearance" and then expand "Head Morph". The Vector Parameters contain the color codes. Select it and click the little square that appears.
Now the "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector" is the one you want to change. I don't know exactly what you have in mind but you could try these: (R) 0,5450981, (G) 0,6, (B) 0,6, 1

You'd be needing Gibbed save editor ( which is available here:
http://svn.gib.me/builds/masseffect3/ ). After you've opened a save game in the editor switch to the Appearance tab and click Head Morph, then select Import from file. Select the downloaded headmorph file and import it. Save afterwards (as a new save) and load the newly created save file in ME3. Some additional info on editing Xbox saves is available here: http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/128/index/2277020

Well, I liked the idea and started a new me2 game. Usually I want to finish a game before posting, but that may take a while. The headmorph is the one I'm using at the moment and there may be changes in future. If there are any issues just let me know. Glad you found the notes helpful :)

Hey, no problem. You don't have to do anything for me, I was just wondering about it. I have actually had a go at making a face in ME2 just now and it was actually easier than I realised (thanks to your notes on this site) - if time consuming. Maybe I'll have a go at an ME2 version of this myself :)

I'll give it a try, but at the moment I don't have a lot of time, so it may take a couple of days.

Even with ye olde hair look? I'd have a go at doing stuff myself but I wouldn't even know where to start, especially with ME2.

@thedukeoffail Thank you, unfortunately the hair style is only available in ME3.

I really like this face - it looks nice. Is it possible to get a version of the headmorph that works for ME2 as well?

The head-morph link seams to be outdated on mediafire. Can you post an updated link please.

Firstly, congratulations on buying some of the best games available :) When you've opened the target save in Gibbed save editor, switch to the Appearance tab and click Headmorph, then select Import From File, select the downloaded headmorph and save afterward (new save is recommended). In Gibbed for ME2 the Import button is located on the Toolbox tab. I hope this is helpful.

Quick question. How do I get the hair to look like default femshep? The headmorph gives me the hair like on the bottom right of the picture in the description and If I add it manually the forehead clips. How did you get your hair working?

Its working now. Thank you so much! It didn't download correctly, my connections spotty at best at the moment. Also- Great work! So much better that default femshep, one of my favorite shepards on the site.

Does this error also occur with other headmorph files? Because if not, a fresh download may help. I don't recall getting this error with Gibbed for ME3 at all, so I can only guess it's either the headmorph or the save file.

I've uploaded a modified version with the default Shep's hair. The hair color has also changed as well as the face textures. She also has slightly more tilted eyebrows, most other features are the same. I also posted an updated version of me3 Lightning, for anyone interested.

Like some others I was disappointed by the default Jane in ME3. The artwork looked very promising, but the result didn't really match, imho. Though Jane may not be perfect, she looked a lot better to me.
The headmorph file has many modifications, nearly every feature has been altered.
